**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the yoga studio, including scheduling classes and coordinating with instructors.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote classes, workshops, and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging with clients and encouraging their participation in studio activities.
- Monitor class attendance and client feedback to continuously improve services offered.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff members, providing guidance on studio policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with instructors to create diverse class offerings that cater to various skill levels and interests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role within a fitness or wellness environment is preferred.
- Strong teaching background in yoga or related disciplines is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
