We are seeking a highly motivated and creative **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blogs, videos, and infographics.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ digital marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
