**What You’ll Do**:

- **Outreach & Relationship Building**: Engage IT and security decision-makers, educate them on our value propositions, and position our solutions to address their specific cybersecurity needs.
- **Qualification & Pipeline Management**: Qualify leads based on company needs, perform assessments, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead hand-off.
- **Sales & Marketing Collaboration**: Partner with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and provide valuable market insights to refine strategies.
- **Market Research & Intelligence**: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, identify market opportunities, and share competitor insights to influence strategy.
- **Reporting & CRM Maintenance**: Track activities, maintain accurate lead records, and deliver reports on performance metrics.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a business development, lead generation, or sales role, ideally within technology, IT, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, data protection) is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.

**Qualities**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Interest in technology and cybersecurity with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
