**Job Title**:Human Resource Administrator

**Pay Grade**: $22.50 / Hour to Start, with Possibility of Increases

**Location**:Bathurst and Bloor Neighborhood

**Hours/Week**:25-35 (Part-time & Full-time hours available)

**Time of Work**:10am to 4pm, 5 days per week (Could Change)

**Job Summary**:
The Administrator of Human Resources is responsible for assisting, organizing and controlling staff recruitment efforts including job postings, interviews, hiring and orientation, staff communications, orientation, staff scheduling, etc.

**Essential Duties**:
**1.** Build effective relationships with operational departments to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and assist in implementing solutions that align with organizational strategies.

**2.** Creating, posting and monitoring job postings.

**3.** Matching company needs to the recruitment process.

**5.** Conducting interviews with staff prospects/applicants.

**6.** Organizing staff prospects/applicant information for future use.

**7.** Communication of orientation documents such as agreements/contracts, necessary administration relating to areas of concerns such as health and safety.

**8.** Assistance with staff scheduling.

**10.** Assistance with orientation process.

**11.** Reporting to Owner of company, and senior staff when necessary.

**12.** Help build internal talent by assisting in the creation, implementation, and execution of high-quality training & development plans which are supporting succession planning processes.

**13.** Compliance with company rules, regulations, company handbooks, and company policies and procedures.

**14.** Other administrative duties as required Hours/Week:
**Qualifications**

(Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required)
- Post-secondary education in human resource-related studies.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative role.
- Must be available to work during regular business hours.
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resource-related position is an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource-related issues.
- Must have an excellent attendance record and demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment.
- Must be efficient working with
- Strong commitment to high level service and quality standards.
- Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct and delegate in a safe manner.

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
