Adamson manufactures high-end live performance audio equipment for concerts and on-stage performances worldwide. - **Job Summary**_ We are looking to hire an experienced full-time **Manufacturing Manager** who will—while reporting to the VP Operations—lead assembly operations, and manage all aspects of assembly teams, processes, and manufacturing areas within the department. - **What We Expect From You: Duties & Responsibilities**_ - Responsible for overall efficiency and quality of a vertically integrated "box build" manufacturing environment. - Ability to meet scheduled manufacturing order dates - Ability to collaborate and communicate regarding manufacturing orders and individual sales order status. - Experienced working in a build-to-order environment. - Collect, compile, analyze, develop, and report data on product assembly status - Support new product development DFM process from prototype to full production status. - Ensure compliance with established quality standards - Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety standards - Lead and participate in process problem-solving and risk assessment - Responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration requirements - Ensure adequate process audits are implemented and applied accordingly - **What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience**_ - 5 years of experience in an electro-mechanical assembly line environment. - Previous experience in managing personnel within electronics and final assembly environment. - Experience with 1-piece flow manufacturing using MRP - Experience managing quality assurance processes - Experienced in managing workflow scheduling. **Work Environment** At **Adamson Systems,** we are committed to provide world-class empowerment and support to the people that work to design, develop, manufacture, and use our products.
