**Adamson Builders Inc** services the construction needs of Adamson Systems Engineering, a globally renowned audio technology manufacturer. Ongoing projects include an expansion and renovation of the existing building, a 95,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on 38 acres of M2 Industrial land in beautiful Port Perry, Ontario. In addition to our ongoing 16,800 sq. ft. expansion, Adamson Builders will start constructing a second expansion to our manufacturing facility increasing our footprint to over 138,000 sq ft.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Planning the full scope of a new build
- Identifying savings in resources, materials, and contractors
- Engage with engineering firms to procure stamped drawings
- Participate in site inspections
- Keep the construction team on schedule
- Report on progress to managers & supervisors

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of project management in construction - preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including the ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry including building materials, construction specifications, methods and procedures, construction law and building codes, and safety and
- Valid G driver's license with access to vehicle.
- PMP Certification is an asset
