**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, activity, and sales funnel targets.
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with potential customers to meet corporate profitability and sales growth objectives.
- Analyze customer needs and interests to maximize sales volume and identify service requirements.
- Utilize sales management tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations.
- Stay informed about our products, services, market conditions, competition, and industry trends through networking, monthly training sessions, and vendor meetings.
- Perform all necessary administrative tasks, from prospect research to processing signed service contracts, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new business.
- Target segment: Small to large regional businesses.
**Requirements**:
- Strong relationship, account management, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate intermediate sales skills, including listening, questioning, summarizing, providing, negotiating, closing, and handling customer concerns.
- Desire to develop the skills needed for building strong customer relationships, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- 2-3 years Facility Services (Janitorial) and business-to-business selling experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong computer literacy.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and the discipline to close deals.
- A proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- Experience or knowledge of using Sales/CRM-related systems/software.
- Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in commerce or business studies, or related work experience.
