**Job Title**: Construction Supervisor - Concrete

We are a well-established concrete company specializing in high-quality commercial and residential projects. Our team is dedicated to excellence, safety, and timely delivery. We are currently seeking an experienced **Construction Supervisor** to join our team and oversee daily concrete operations.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on various job sites.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Ensure equipment and materials are used properly and maintained.
- Prepare progress reports and assist with project documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete construction.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Compensation**:
