Concrete Finisher

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and layout.
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling areas as needed.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to project requirements.
- Use tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds to finish surfaces smoothly.
- Restore and renovate existing concrete structures as necessary.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks associated with moving materials and equipment.
- Install concrete forms and ensure they are properly aligned before pouring.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and drywall installers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and disposing of waste materials properly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not required.
- Experience in concrete forming and installation is essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of drywall installation is an advantage for working on integrated projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
