Member Services Representative/ Teller

**You’re invited to make a difference ** as a **Casual Member Services Representative (Teller**)**
- As a casual position: although not guaranteed, you can expect an average of 20 hours per week. Shifts are mostly scheduled in advance._

Kindred MSRs serve as a knowledgeable and trusted service partner, assisting members to fulfill a wide variety of everyday banking transactions. You’ll become an expert on Kindred’s distinctive product offerings so you can confidently share information with members, and respond to their banking questions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with members, asking good questions and listening to understand their needs
- Deliver exemplary service to members in completing a variety of everyday financial transactions.
- Refer members to branch colleagues for advice and solutions relating to credit and investments
- Bring expertise in Kindred’s distinct offering of products and services to members’ attention to answer questions and provide solutions for future needs
- Ensure members are equipped to access digital channels so they can bank with Kindred where, when and how they want
- **This position is mobile**: you will need a **valid driver's license and access to a vehicle** to travel to different branch locations and you will be paid for time and mileage

- Customer service and cash handling, experience in banking preferred
