**Description**:
We are seeking a **Data Analyst** to help establish our Data & Analytics group. If you are passionate about learning, developing your technical skills and be part of a core transformational team, we want to talk. Your work will inform both strategic and operational decisions across the organization and you will be involved in projects from inception to delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead requirements gathering for reporting, dashboards, KPI definitions and automation needs with business units across the organization.
- Manage the creation and the maintenance of dashboards in Salesforce, PowerBI and other similar tools.
- Develop and launch configuration-based solutions on low-code to no-code platforms, such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps and more.
- Draft documentation for requirements and processes and communicate them to the affected business units.
- Assist in data science and predictive modeling initiatives, including data collection and cleansing, as well as modeling and insights derivation.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related areas is required.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, especially around object structure and reporting.
- Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI and Looker.
- Experience with programming tools such as SQL and Python, as well as integrations via API, a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
