**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage the workflow of subcontractors and laborers.
- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and manage documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on project status, including any challenges or delays encountered during the construction process.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing insights based on site conditions and project scope.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and budgeting principles.
- Proficiency in using construction management software, particularly Bluebeam and ProCore.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction field.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
