Exterior Salesmen

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prospect and identify potential clients through outdoor visits, networking, and community engagement
- Present and promote our exterior services to homeowners, property managers, and business owners
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide detailed proposals tailored to client needs
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to increase brand visibility
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities in the CRM system

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales or related field preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in outdoor settings
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up diligently with prospects
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets
- Ability to withstand outdoor conditions and travel within assigned territories

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments, enjoy engaging with people, and are eager to grow their sales career within a supportive team.

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
