Sales Representative

Our company is hiring a Sales Representative with a knack for numbers to conduct market research, prospecting and sales presentations. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You will have to perform market analysis, find leads and present company products to clients. We expect you to have a passion for business and selling as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Ultimately, you should be able to handle the sales process from start to finish, including crafting proposals and handling customer objections.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales using your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Build customer relationships, present company proposals and negotiate deals.
- Explain the company’s products and services, create customer presentations and perform customer training.
- Report on sales activity to management, monitor market trends and recommend strategic changes.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities, market share and competition.
- Close deals with customers, make presentations, negotiate contracts and process orders.
- Organize seminars, demonstrations and trade shows to promote the company’s products.
- Oversee daily operations such as staff recruitment & training, store maintenance & inventory.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
