You are a results-driven, team player with a passion for sales. You have a proven affinity to a sales role, are motivated and eager to learn everything you can about the Aggregates/Soils/Salt industry. You are equally happy at a client’s site, in your vehicle or behind a desk. You will help us become a dominant player in our industry.

Your Responsibilities:

- Work well with other team members to provide the best solutions to our customers with a high level of customer service.
- Be willing to work in an office setting.
- Be responsible for developing / maintaining client relationships as well as cultivating new relationships with potential customers.
- You will have knowledge of or be willing to learn industry trends, competitors, and identify areas for growth.
- Manage your workflow within CRM software in accordance with company practice.
- Have strong computer skills, Microsoft Office and Google suite.

Compensation will be a combination of salary and commission and will be commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
