**Job Overview**:
**New-Line Insulation** is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, negotiating and closing deals, and building strong relationships with builders and other customers in the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include reporting and forecasting leads and conversions to contribute to the company's growth.

PAY: Salary/Commission based on experience.

**Duties**:

- **Generate leads** through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Conduct thorough research** on potential clients and tailor sales pitches to their specific needs.
- **Negotiate and close deals** to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships**with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- **Provide excellent customer service and support** throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Report regularly on sales performance and provide forecasts for future sales.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales**, preferably in the construction industry.
- **Good understanding of construction and insulation techniques,** including spray foam, batt insulation, attic insulation, and fireproofing.
- **Highly motivated by financial incentives** and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Professional demeanor** with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- **Ability to work independently** and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Strong organizational skills** with attention to detail.
- **Valid driver's license**
