What We're Looking For:

- We are seeking a motivated and confident Lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience in both Civil Law and Family Law.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage legal files.
- Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and other resources to support client cases
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, and other legal proceedings.
- Attend court appearances and dvocate for clients' rights and interests

**Skills**:

- Strong research skills to gather relevant information and support legal arguments
- Excellent writing skills to draft clear and persuasive legal documents
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Proficient in legal drafting techniques to prepare accurate and comprehensive legal documents
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients
