**What We're Looking For**:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in both civil and family law to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage files.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support client cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, and other legal proceedings.
- Attend court appearances and advocate for clients' rights and interests.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and Family Law Rules.
- Strong research skills to gather relevant information and support legal arguments.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
