**Job Description**:
As Administrative Clerk for the Finance Department, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the objective of providing a personalized shopping experience tailored to each customer’s need. **You will be responsible for coordinating communications and supporting the inventory management team.**
**How will you support the team?**
- Receive mail and parcels and notify recipients of their arrival.
- Ship mail and parcels using the appropriate mode of transportation.
- Enter data for inventory adjustment.
- Participate in the verification of inventory data.
- File confidential documents.
- Follow-up on data regarding transfers, shipments and liquidation of merchandise.
- Collaborate with the procurement team on ordering and distribution of office supplies.
- Respond to visitors on an occasional basis.
- Perform various other administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
- Good knowledge of office software such as MS Office suite, Adobe
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Able to work with others and recognize the strengths everyone can bring
- Bilingualism (French and English)
