- Manage phone systems to answer calls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry and managing office documentation.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in daily tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
