We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who will play a crucial role in assisting the nationwide sales team. The main responsibility is to work with various departments to seamlessly integrate sales and operational activities. A key aspect of this role is to support the TMs in achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships
To thrive in this role, you should have extensive project management experience and excellent time management skills. Proficiency in scheduling and data tracking is crucial. You should be highly motivated, friendly, exceptionally organized, and passionate about helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction. Professional communication skills are also essential.

**What you will be doing**:
- Provide daily operational support and administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Communicate with sales team and customers (B2B or B2C) at each stage post-order finalization to update on production, delivery, and installation statuses.
- Deliver customer-focused experiences.
- Possess extensive product and service knowledge to answer questions and explain features and benefits.
- Act as a liaison between Territory Managers and internal/external customers.
- Inform sales team and customers as directed of any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer communications with the help of TM’S.
- Professionally handle customer complaints through TM’S or service.
- Maintain high customer service standards through professionalism, diplomacy, and sensitivity, reflecting the company’s values.
- Oversee basic projects, process documents, and manage communications with the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Follow up with TM’s on accounts and leads assigned.
- Ensure customer information is accurately logged and tracked in Salesforce.
- Confirm deliveries and final payments with customers.
- Relay customer feedback for quality improvement of company services.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
***You’re a good fit if you have**:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales, project management and customer service.
- 3+ years in the construction or building materials industry, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Outstanding customer service and basic sales tasks.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- High commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Initiative and ability to work in a diverse, collaborative team environment.
- Foster a culture reflecting core business values.
- Well-organized, responsible, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
