Since 1990, Ted’s Tire has built a reputation in Guelph for quality service, honesty, and a customer-first approach. We’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our front counter team and play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills who wants a steady, professional role in a locally owned business — with the potential to grow into a Service Advisor position down the road.

**What You’ll Do**
- Be the **first point of contact** for customers: answer phone calls, book service appointments, and greet visitors at the counter.
- Provide a welcoming, positive customer experience every time.
- Cash out completed work orders and handle transactions accurately.
- Keep the front counter organized, professional, and customer-friendly.
- Support our Service Advisors by taking care of front-end tasks so they can focus on consultation and sales.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A people-first approach: friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone.
- Confidence handling busy situations and staying organized under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable learning new systems.
- Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or reception is an asset.
- **Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage, but not required.**:

- An interest in the automotive world is a bonus — but not required; we’ll train you.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 52.5 per week
