Guelph ClimateCare, the Heating and Cooling Professionals who CARE, is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Guelph ClimateCare, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a crucial role in representing our company's values and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our technicians
- Providing accurate information about our services and products
- Handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatch.
- Experience in the HVAC or related industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of Guelph and the surrounding area is helpful.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Service Titan would be an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
