**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure high standards of service and quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock to meet operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment while encouraging professional development.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
