**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to food safety standards. Your passion for hospitality and strong leadership skills will be essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while managing staff effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop menus and promote special events.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting.
- Light cooking required
- Overseeing meals and meal preparation for large groups

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management.
- Cooking experience.
- Experience in prepping meals for large groups of people.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Experience with cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Hours:
Tuesday 4pm-9pm

Thursday 4pm
- 9pm

Friday 4pm-9pm

Saturday's and Sunday's required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
