**Applicable skills and experience**:
- Fiber experience.

- Have a Mobile Device (for organization, communication, and other work-related functions).

**Additionally, the right applicant will require**:
- Own a personal vehicle that is suitable for the role where carrying a 28ft ladder is required (Van, Truck, SUV).
- Online training and certification (to be completed during training period).
- Physical capacity to lift 60 lbs.
- Clean Criminal Record Check.
- Ability to track mileage and keep records for tax purposes (T2200 provided if required)

- Technicians using their personal vehicle may be eligible for tax deductions on work-related vehicle expenses, including fuel, insurance, and maintenance.
During the training period, you will develop a comprehensive and thorough understanding of our systems, and installation process, as well as our partners’ (Shaw, Rogers and Xplore) standards and support network. During this training session you will be paid an hourly rate. Once training is completed and management has deemed you ready for the field, you will transition into our piece rate payment model.

We provide installation services for residential and commercial customers throughout select markets in Canada as well as an exclusive dealership across Canada for all Xplore and Shaw/Rogers related products. Necessary skills a veteran would bring to this role are leadership and management qualities, determination and self-discipline, organization and time management, ability to work under pressure and strong decision-making skills.
Pay: $50,000.00-$99,000.00 per year
