**Job Summary**
- The Audit to Optimize (A2O) Technical Representative evaluates/audits clients operating and maintenance challenges looking for opportunities SLB can support to enhance the Facility performance. This includes process studies, implementation, digital enabled O&M services thereby creating opportunities for clients to operate more efficiently. The A2O Technical Representative will support clients to overcome their main challenges with a continuous follow up on the actions proposed. **Minimum Job Qualifications**
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in Midstream or Downstream market in one or more of the following areas: O&M Management, Technology (Chemistry, Process, Digital), Process Engineering, Process Technology & Technical Expertise.
- Above average communication & interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Process equipment operation experience.
- Facility maintenance experience.
- Process Engineering experience
- Bachelors in engineering or MBA
- Sales experience.
