**Overview**

**DUTIES**:

- Manage staff, implement company policies and procedures, monitor performance while adhering to high quality standards;
- Monitor daily operations and address any issues that arise to ensure seamless workflow;
- Ensure that all safety guidelines in the production process are being adhered to by the employees and the housekeeping of the plant is maintained to company standards;
- Control the inventory of materials essential for the powder coating process and the servicing of customers;
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis to prioritize and effectively schedule customer orders for processing;
- Coordinate the pickup and shipping of customer orders with the company transportation department;
- Review and submit employee timecards for payroll;
- Assist in the preparation of customer quote requests for new work.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a relevant industry;
- 2+ years of manufacturing management experience;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in powder coating is an asset;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good computer skills;
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities;
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to adapt to constantly changing priorities;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Post secondary education is an asset.
