**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field surveys using advanced equipment and techniques.
- Layout design information for operators.
- Analyze survey data, including field notes, sketches, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to plan projects.
- Prepare reports and maps for clients detailing survey results.
- Utilize various software tools such as AutoCAD for data collection and management.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Perform calculations to determine earth curvature adjustments and to account for survey measurement errors.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in data collection methods and tools.
- Experience with databases for storing and managing survey data.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software for mapping and analyzing spatial data.
- Strong data management skills to organize and maintain survey records efficiently.
- Understanding of building principles and land development processes.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
