Crystal Lodge is currently seeking to recruit a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team 2 to 3 nights per week.

The role of Night Auditor predominately produces, analyses, reconciles and checks reports from the days' transactions, payments and reservations. Some of the tasks you would be required to complete include, but are not limited to
- Completion of an informative and up-to-date with the Front Office team prior to their departure to ensure that you have the required information you need for your overnight tasks.
- Complete any remainder guest check-ins for the day.
- Run and balance daily transactions for the day ensuring the accuracy of information provided.
- Investigate, correct and advise on any discrepancies found with audited reports to the appropriate members of management.
- Complete walk-in reservations in a timely and proficient manner ensuring that all rates and charges are calculated accordingly.
- Handle any guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt manner.
- Produce reports and paperwork in preparation for the next day’s arrivals.
- Complete paperwork checks ensuring that all guest information on file is up to date and those that have departed are filed appropriately.
- Assist guests with valet parking.
- Ensure that guests follow the hotel’s noise policy and manage any concerns.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to stay motivated while working independently
- A proactive approach to resolve reporting errors and guest inquires
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task is essential
- Portray a calm, assured and professional manner at all times
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly with Excel is required
- A second (or THIRD) language is always an asset
- Cash handling

Whilst on duty, the position of Night Auditor is responsible for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests. Within this position, you are expected to lead by example and be an ambassador of the hotel ensuring that at all times the hotel is professionally represented.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
