**Exigences**:

- 1-2 années d'expérience
- Bilinguisme OBLIGATOIRE (français et anglais, parlé et écrit)
- Facilité à gerer la pression
- Bonne connaissance des ordinateurs et des programmes MS Office
- Être ponctuel(le), organisé, souriante et avoir une volonté d’apprendre

**Taches**:

- Effectuer des paiements (cash, débit, chèque)
- Faire des appels pour la collection des paiements (à chaque semaine)
- Répondre au téléphone
- Servir les clients
- Trier et classes des papiers

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Salary to be discussed. **(The office is difficult to access via public transport.)**

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- Bilingualism OBLIGATORY (English and French, spoken and written)
- Ability to deal well under pressure
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Be punctual, organized, pleasant, and have a will to learn

**Tasks**:

- Take payments (cash, debit, check)
- Make weekly collection calls to clients
- Answer the phone
- Greet and serve clients
- Sort and file papers
