We’re on the hunt for a skilled and passionate 2nd Cook to bring their energy to our culinary team In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the 1st Cook and Chef de Partie, helping prep, cook, and keep the kitchen running like clockwork. You’ll tackle a variety of cooking tasks, keep your station prepped and ready, making sure every plate meets our high standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have sharp organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a hunger to keep learning, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and standards.
- Maintain mise en place and ensure proper portioning and plating.
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health standards.
- Assist with inventory control and minimize food waste.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary education or equivalent experience.
- Current FoodSafe BC Certificate.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
