**Marketing Specialist - Digital Communication**

Myers, Ottawa’s largest and fastest growing dealer group is currently looking for an individual with a proven working background in communications with an emphasis in digital marketing.

This position focuses on effectively coordinating, identifying and strategically executing social media content and customer retention.

No automotive experience necessary.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Building our social media engagement across various platforms and reporting monthly metrics,
- Monitoring and responding to all digital reviews, sending weekly review solicitations to all our customers through 3rd party platforms.
- Instrumental in developing relevant content, working with store management to uncover and communicate important store attributes to website visitors.
- Will run and coordinate daily communication with our customers for the purpose of service retention.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills_._
- Bilingualism is preferred but not required
- Be proficient with various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube)
- Have strong organizational kills
- Have an eye for written and visual creativity

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
