**Job Description**:
The Product Coordinator role exists within the Corporate Client Initiatives team at Global Excel and is responsible for the collection, maintenance, oversight, and communication of activities relating to the implementation and administration of the insurance products which Global Excel services on behalf our Canadian Corporate Clients. This position also assists with activities associated with accessing our clients’ member enrollment information.

**What does your typical day look like?**
- Acting as the primary point of contact for activities relating to Products within the Corporate Client Initiatives team, working with Account Management and, in some cases, as a liaison with the Corporate Clients directly, while developing strong internal and external relationships;
- Coordinating, overseeing and supporting client-driven program, product or service changes, while maintaining high quality and within client-specific timelines;
- Gathering related documents including policy wordings, certificates of insurance or otherwise, clarifying policy intent or collecting additional details relating to products or changes to products, wherever needed;
- Compiling and communicating the Product changes to the respective operational areas, as per team guidelines and procedures, and supporting the interpretation of the impact of any changes on the operational team(s).
- Sharing key information learned from internal and external activities with team members within Corporate Client Initiatives and engaging the appropriate team members to participate in client and internal discussions and activities, as needed
- Supporting the team with the enhancement and documentation of processes while making recommendations for efficiencies and best practices.
- Ensuring that client and corporate requirements are met when corporate clients share their member data and assisting teams with necessary product or coverage mapping
- Creating user manuals for external lookup sites, facilitating training and developing reference materials, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

***What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- University Degree/College Diploma;
- 3 years experience in comparable role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual in French an asset)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Travel Insurance product lifecycle, P&C Coverages and/or Insurance Claim Assessment
- Prioritization, organization and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- A sound knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word and Excel and MS Planner;
- Excellent self-management skills;
- Ability to deliver customer and business results;
- Available for occasional travel.
