(35-40 hours/week + Overtime)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The Opportunity:
We're seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion initiatives. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing company with established clients and proven products, but untapped market potential.

Attractive Compensation Package:

- Base Salary: $50,000 annually
- Performance-Based Commission Structure
- Realistic First-Year Earning Potential:

- Conservative: $65,000 ($50K base + $15K commission)
- Target: $86,000 ($50K base + $36K commission)
- High Achiever: $116,000+ ($50K base + $66K commission)
- Monthly Commission Payouts
- Additional Incentives for Referral Program Success

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business acquisition through field sales and networking
- Execute our new architect/designer referral program
- Conduct site visits and consultations
- Create and present professional proposals
- Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with design and production teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records

Required Qualifications:

- Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years)
- Valid Manitoba driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Excellence in presentation and negotiation
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- CRM proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in printing, signage, or related industries
- Established network in Winnipeg business community
- Background in consultative selling
- Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing
