Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Client Relation Manager plays an instrumental role between the sales department and the client satisfaction department. He is the problem solver, the master at defusing and looking to resolve situations between parties with facts, data and exceptional customer service. He is the voice of the customer within the company, he builds a relationship of trust and reciprocity through regular monitoring of all the customer’s business with Manulift, making sure they are satisfied with all aspect of our partnership.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing the reactive customer satisfaction process;
- Ensure that all situations brought to his attention are taken care of;
- Managing relational activities with customers;
- Ensure the mobilisation of all key collaborator in the analysis / the resolution of a situation;
- Act as a single point of contact with strategic customers and/or client;
- Coordinate the opening, closing or conversion process of any PRV customer account;
- Analyse the history of equipment identified as problematic;
- Guides SALES and OPS by sharing systems, process, procedures and training regarding Customer Satisfaction and PRV Customer program;
- Act as a point of contact to everyone facing a difficult situation or any improvement opportunity in regards of customer satisfaction / customer experience;
**Requirements and skills**:

- College, high school or pertinent Professional Certification;
- General concept of sales and operations;
- Very good knowledge in electrical, electronic and hydraulic mechanics;
- Fluency in English and French, both oral and written;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite computer software;
- Excellent communicator and Solid problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonnal relationship skills: listening skills, interpersonal skills and approachability;
- Availability to travel to customers and jobsites visits;
- Punctual availability outside business hours;
