**Project Manager - Sirius Construction**

**About Us**
Sirius Construction, founded in 2020, is a Manitoba-based subcontractor specializing in finishing works and electrical installations for commercial, office, restaurant, and tenant improvement projects. With our own dedicated field crews, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, adaptability, and strong partnerships with general contractors.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple active project sites, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards
- Allocate and shift manpower and resources across sites as needed
- Review drawings, specifications, and perform quantity surveys (materials, labor, equipment needs)
- Negotiate scope, pricing, and change orders with general contractors
- Collaborate closely with GC Project Managers, supers, and site representatives
- Direct and support field crews; provide leadership, problem-solving, and technical guidance
- Manage subcontractors when the scope requires outside trades
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement resourceful solutions to avoid project delays
- Track budgets, progress reports, and manpower utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client expectations

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience, with at least 2 years in a PM role
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations with direct field crews
- Strong background in finishing trades (drywall, painting, ceilings, millwork, tiling) and/or electrical
- Experience preparing quantity surveys and estimating
- Skilled in negotiating with general contractors and handling contract terms/change orders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with GCs, clients, and subcontractors
- Highly resourceful, solutions-driven, and able to adapt quickly under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites in Manitoba
