**Your Role**
We're seeking an aspiring and collaborative early-career Project Manager to join our team of experts, leading building projects within our Manitoba business unit. Working closely with clients, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to be part of bringing meaningful change by providing access to housing, education, and healthcare where people live, while fostering opportunities for economic participation and environmental stewardship. **Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients and stakeholders, design and construction professionals to plan and implement capitol construction projects.
- Use your technical expertise in project planning, design and construction to resolve project challenges.
- Your clients will trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their community or organizational goals and objectives.
- Understand and represent your clients’ best interests regarding project outcomes.
- Lead your project teams with your ability to manage change, communicate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications
- A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, Bachelor of Commerce or an equivalent academic experience
- 3 years of experience in project management or coordination
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Resolve client, project and technical challenges
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- The ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS365
