**The Opportunity**

**Volkswagen Moncton** is looking for a bilingual **Service Advisor**.

The Service Advisor's role is to provide an great experience to our customers. We are seeking a polite, friendly, and well-mannered individual to represent our company and the Volkswagen brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle, with the customer
- Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services
- Schedule service work in the service department
- Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
- Bilingual in English and French is a requirement
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Likes helping people
- Good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract
