We currently have an opening for a Trailer Shop Service Advisor for our Dieppe location. The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. We Offer:

  • Excellent training programs

  • Welcome customers, gather information, and open repair orders.

  • Assign work priorities and estimate repair timelines.
  • Record and file all documents related to repair orders, including warranty details.
  • Close repair orders and present invoices to customers.
  • Ensure invoices are paid or placed on account before releasing vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to minimize diagnosis and repair time.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer recalls and bulletins.

  • Adhere to safety standards and participate in 5S initiatives.

  • Experience as a service advisor in heavy truck or trailer industry preferred.

  • Heavy equipment or automotive experience will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, CDK or other shop software.
  • Bilingualism would be an asset.
  • Capable of multitasking.
