- We are seeking a Program Manager with Community Outreach and Disability Service who will be taking the lead in supporting and supervising programs and teams. As part of the management team, your sound judgment and attention to detail are foundational in providing support and advice to team members, operational decision-making, budget management, supporting policy development and providing on-call assistance on a rotating basis. You are creative and analytical; a thinking style that assists you in effective problem solving and consultation. _
- As a key member of the _**_Community Outreach and Disability Team,_**_ the main position responsibilities include:_
- Monitor and review case/clinical development and ensure case coordination proceeds according to standards and provide case consultation as required.
- Review service/treatment models and clinical interventions and adapt as necessary.
- Participate in strategic planning, monitoring, and reviewing program development as per Service direction.
- Review program practice to ensure compliance with COA standards and contractual requirements.
- Attend and participate in Interagency Meetings, Sector/Network Meetings and initiatives.
- Participate in community, municipal, and provincial committees and implementation projects and promote program, Service, and Agency awareness in the community.
- Ensure completion and submission of monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual reports as required by the Service, Agency, and funders.
- Monitor fiscal and budgetary compliance as well as the program budget and track program expenditures, make adjustments as necessary.
- Provide direction to team members regarding program planning, development, actions taken and recommendations. Debrief with team members as needed.
- Ensure appropriate protocols are followed in performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure appropriate staffing is secured and maintained and mandatory and best practice training is completed in compliance with position requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of timesheets for Supervisors/Team Leaders and approve other program expenses as appropriate.
- Review staffing schedules and ensure staff uses over-time hours as per over-time agreements.
- Provide on-call support as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Social Services or equivalent
- Five (5) or more years of experience in working with clients with diverse and complex needs.
- Three (3) or more years Supervisory and previous leadership experience is required.
- Three (3) years or more experience working with clients and complex medical and behavioral needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Services processes, government policies, and community resources.
- Ability to produce clear reports (written and verbal), communicate tactfully and manage priorities effectively
- Program planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating skills.
- Ability to assemble the team with the right mix of skills, coach members, delegate responsibility and promote support and interaction.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy
- A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle is a requirement of the role
