The Business Development Manager is the customer advocate within the company, adding insight and business judgement. Job Duties:

- Drive major account relationships and support strategic account business development initiatives and revenue objectives

*Communicate effectively with cross-functional groups within Westcana Electric Inc

*Single point of contact for all business development and responsible for escalating issues to Management

*Develop strong professional relationships with key account contact points

*Manage and drive closure of key account initiatives

*Communications focal point for key account targets in various industrial markets i.e., Oil and gas, forestry, institutional, chemical, agricultural, bit mining etc.

*Grow territory through new customer sales development

**Requirements**:
*Minimum 5 years technical sales experience in Canada.

*Minimum 5 years work experience in British Columbia.

*Highly motivated individual capable of developing key account relationships

*Strong business judgment

*Ability to multi-task and provide leadership under dynamic and stressful conditions

*Effective relationship-building skills

*Analytical, problem-solving skills

*Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills

*Team oriented

*Experience in large account environment in technology such as Wi-Fi networking, POE Switching, hosted IP Office, industrial automation

*Excellent communications in English

*Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

*Demonstrated a history of Sales growth
