We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our H1 Harmonie building. Are you organized, proactive, and customer service-oriented? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where every day is different? We have the opportunity waiting for you

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with the property management team for administrative follow-up (leases, documents, suppliers, etc.)
- Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
- Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
- Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
- Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
- Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager
- Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
- Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
- Respond to customer service requests
- Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
- Welcome and respond to tenant requests with courtesy and professionalism

**Administration**:

- Provide a high level of customer service
- Perform other related duties
- Support the general manager in his duties

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bilingualism is an asset
- Experience in an administrative position or in property management (an asset)
