**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them professionally and directing inquiries appropriately.
- **Phone & Communication**: Answer and direct calls in a courteous manner, taking messages when needed and ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Office Administration**: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and financial transaction recording.
- **Scheduling & Work Orders**: Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating work orders, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- **Sales Support**: Work with the CDN sales team to qualify pricing inquiries and assist with lead generation.
- **Payroll Coordination**: Collect and verify employee timecards, process expense reports, and manage travel and accommodations for out-of-town assignments.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)**:
- Strong **customer service and communication skills** with a professional and proactive approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- General knowledge of **Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems** is an asset.
