Reporting to the HR Manager, the **Human Resources Coordinator** coordinates and carries out Human Resources activities, providing support to the management team in managing them to achieve the company's strategic objectives. He/she provides administrative management and ongoing support for all company operations, and takes charge of administrative activities and tasks relating to human resources.
**Duties include**:
- Processing, verifying and recording HR related information and documentation such as recruitment, training, labor relations, performance reviews.
- Preparing and producing documents and various presentations via Microsoft Suite;
- Maintaining and update computerized filing systems;
- Data entry, scanning and filing of documents/files;
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of new computer systems;
- Monitor information related to employee files via the various computer systems;
- Collaborate on HR activities, employee experience and various events.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administrative Technology or Attestation of Collegial Studies in Human Resources Management, recognized in Quebec;
- 5 years' relevant work experience in HR and/or administration;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint - advanced level)
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines;
- Autonomous and organized;
- Ability to adapt and willing to learn;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French;
- Bilingualism an asset.

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, daytime
