**Role Description**

We are looking for a Smart Home / AV Sales and System Design professional who will be responsible for selling, designing, and implementing AV and home automation systems for our clients. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, located in Halifax, NS, with flexibility for some remote work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Working with clients to understand their needs and create customized solutions for smart home and automation systems, including audio and video products.
- Presenting and demonstrating solutions to clients and prospects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed and accurate proposals.
- Overseeing project delivery, timelines, and budgets.
- Providing clients with exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Project Management (Flex Role)

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and/or system design of smart home and AV systems.
- Technical knowledge of smart home technologies, including audio and video systems, control systems, and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, including design and installation.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Control4 and Lutron Automated Systems is a bonus

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
