Service Technician

We are Adams Beverages, servicing dozens of restaurants and bars in the Lower Mainland. We have been in business for 50 years, providing exceptional products and great service to our customers.
We are looking to fill a full-time position for a Service Technician. Full-training is provided.
**Requirements**:
- Speak, read, and write English
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Able to work independently
- Great time management and customer service skills
The equipment service technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of soda dispensing equipment. (full training provided)
- Repairs, installs, and adjusts fountain soda equipment for the hospitality industry
- Troubleshoots to diagnose problems; repairs and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Modifies and tests equipment to improve systems uptime and reliability
- Assists in maintaining a clean work environment
- Maintains and updates all process documentation
- Follows all safety policies and procedures strictly
- Undertakes actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. on equipment for preventive maintenance purposes
- Undertakes precision alignments and significant other tests associated with installation, qualification and/or calibration of equipment and machinery
- Ensures prompt and regular attendance following a schedule
- They ensure that standard work habits are incorporated towards all job tasks.
- They are expected to meet response time parameters for repair types, including ensuring that high priority work is completed first.
- Service technicians ensure that assigned vehicles are appropriately stocked with parts and tools as needed to perform repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Service technicians must be able to work independently as well as in a team, and be self-motivated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
