**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your state) to serve alcohol.

Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour
