Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your duties will include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, bar area and service area.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Server/Bartender in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
