**Job Title**: FOH/BOH Team Members

**Location: 10037 109 St NW Edmonton, AB**

**Job Type**:Full-Time/Part-Time**

**Available Positions: Line-cook, Prep cook / Server / Busser**
- **Key Responsibilities: (FOH)**:

- Fluent English Speaker
- At least one year of hospitality experience
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests
- Present menus, take and process orders, and serve food and beverages
- Process payments accurately
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with BOH staff to ensure smooth service
- **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pro server certificate (server & bartender only)
- **Key Responsibilities:(BOH)**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assist with food prep and inventory management
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
- **Qualifications**:

- Strength to lift heavy items such as pots, containers etc.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment. Preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently, cooperatively & individually, in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
